CHICAGO, July 18.—Lower prices for wheat went hand in hand today with cooler weather in the Spring crop belt. The fact that Liverpool quotations showed a greater decline than was looked for tended also to weaken values here. After opening unchanged to % off, September, 1.06% to 1.06%, the corn market scored a sharp ad- vance that carried September up to 1.08%. Oats started unchanged to % lower, | September, 46 to 46}.
