Miller, for Stiliman, based the appeal on the efusal of Referee Gleason to admit 23 evidence an alleged confesgion said o hava been made by Mrs. Stillman to a Dr. Russell, an" osteopath, that the child was not Mr. Stillman’s, and = letter written by Mrs. Stillman to er husband in which she is alleged o have confessed her misconduct with Frederick K. Beauvais, half- breed Indian gulde. Wants Findings Reversed. 1t was contended in the appeal that the findings as to the parentage of Guy Stillman should be reversed and a new trial granted. Mr. Miller, in the appeal effort to set aside the findings of Referee Gleason that Stillman had been guilly of misconduct with Miss I"lorence H. Leeds and therefore was not entitled to a divorce, nor did he dispute the findings in favor of Mrs. Stillman in her answering suit for dlivorce, which was granted.
