BANK CLERK PLAGED UNDER PROBATION Sentence for False Entries Suspended by Court Due to Employe’s Youth. Justice Hoehling, in Criminal Di- vision 1, today extended clemency to Arthur L. Von Ahn, otherwise known as Van Ahn, for bookkeeper at the Farmers and M charge of making false entries on the books of the bank. The court Wuspended the imr tence and r two years. The court this action hecause the minimum punishment under the section of the penal code named in the indictment is five years in the penitentiary. The Youth of the prisoner and the fact that full restitution had been made to the bank influenced the court to grant the request of Attorney A. R.
