CHICAGO, 111, February 16.—Frank J. Leroy, arrested here and suspected of being Eugene Leroy, who in June, 1920, killed his wife at Detroit, Mich., and shipped the body in a trunk to New York, will be held by the police until a general check with Detroit authorities is made, police announced. Records here show that Frank J. Leroy was arrested in May, 1920, and turned ‘over to Cleveland authorities for wife abandonment and Leroy said he served three months imprisonment land.
