PHILADELPHIA, November Dates for the observance of the 150th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence were annouriced today by the director of the Sesquicentennial Association, which also adopted a tentative construction program to cost about $5,000,000. The celebration is to begin June 14 and end September 17, 1926.
