A charmingly. arranged wedding took place last evening, at 7:30 o'clock, when Miss Josephine Wall Carter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Taylor Carter, becamo the bride of Mr. Raymond Lester Rissler, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Morton Rissler. The ceremony was performed In the Gunton s Temple Memorial Presby- terfan Church, by the Rev. Bernard Braskamp, who was assisted by Dr. Gove G. Johnson, and was followed by a reception in the home of the bride's parents. The church was decorated with Autumd flowers and leaves, and the house had a pretty arrangement of chrysanthemums and ferns. Miss Bruncr sang “At Dawning” and “Be- cause” preceding the ceremony, and was accompanied by Mrs. John G Klein, who also played the wedding march. The bride was given in marriage by her father, and wore a gown of bridal satin made on straight lines with cascades of chantilly lace fall- ing at each side of the skirt.
