By the Associated Press, INDIANAPOLIS, October 17.—A permanent injunction to prevent the board of election commissioners from placing the tickets of seven minor political parties on the State election issued yesterday by Judge Leathers of the local su-! urt, was modified later to , FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17, 1924. exclude the ticket of the Workers' Party of America from the provisions of the injunction. The ticket con- tains only two candidates for electors at large without mentioning the name of the presidential candidate. As the order stands, six tickets cannot be placed on the ballots.
