HE Minister of Ecuador and Senora de Elizalde will ace company the latter's parents and her sister, Semor and Senora de Bernales and Senorita Rebecca Bernales, to New York the latter part of next week. Senor and Senora de Bernales ‘and their daughter Senorita Bernales, who have been guests at the legatiom, will sail August 30 for Chile, amd the Minister and Senora De Elizalde will return to ashington directly after their sailing.
