Wilkins, 89 vears old and for 57 years a resident of this city, died at her home, 923 Twenty- third street, yesterday. She had suf- fered a paralytic stroke last April and had since been in failing health, Mrs. Wilkins was born in Crown Point, N. Y. She was the widow of Benjamin F. Wilkins, to whom_she was married 70 years ago in Ver- mont. She moved to this city with her husband and he went into the vernment service. At the time of his death, 32 years ago, he was chief of a division in the Secretary of War's office Mrs. Wilkins lived to see a great- grandehild, little Miss Lucelle Wrenn, whom she saw for the first time I Sunda. when her granddaughter, Mrs. Paul K. Wrenn, arrived in this city from San Diego, Calif., where her husband, Licut. F . Wrenn, U. S N., had been Mrs. Wilkins is also survived by a daughter, Mrs. Agnes H.
