STOCKHOLM, April 12.—~Carl Ger- hard von Heidenstam, newly appoint- ed Swedish minister to soviet Russia, has surprised the officials of Stock- holm, where he is visiting, by re- signing the post. Unpleasant per- sonal experiences are said to have caused his decision.
