ALEXANDRIA, Va, January 15.— Thirteen-year-old Preston Posey, ar- rested yestérday on a bottlegging charge, was dismissed in police court her this morning following state- ments made to Judge Duvall that he was selling whisky for a man whose name the boy disclosed.
