) HUNGARIAN LOAN - DETAILS SETTLED ficheme Worked Out in.Lon- don Will Be Submitted to League. | By the Associated Press. LONDON, November 30.—Details of the proposed loan to Hungary, in- tended as part of the reconstruction measures for that country which the league of nations has under way, have been worked out by the commit- tae of the league which has been meeting here and which, it was an- nounced. had agreed upon a scheme to bé¢ submitted to the league council | next month, This loan. under the committee's Pplan, will be directed by a commis- sloner genecral responsible to the league and having functions similar to those of Dr. Alfred Zimmermann, the league's representative in Vienna in the Austrian reconstruction work. The sum required to put Hungary on her feet will be much less than was necessary in the case of Austria. Tt is expected that the budget can be balanced In two and on alf years With the assistance of a loan of about 250,000,000 gold crowns, ter which Hungary. by means of her own nat- urul resources and her self-sufficiency in food, will be able 1o maint her- self as a self-supporting state. Unlike the loan for Austria, no Ruarantees from foreign governments will be required for the proposed Hun- garian loan. The revenues from the ©customs, tobacco and salt monopolles and the sugar tax may be made avail- able, with the additional security of foreign assigned revenues If they are Tequired. The committee considers that the ®uccess of any scheme for Hungarian Teconstruction depends upon satisfac- tory arrangements being made re- garding Hungary's liabllities for war reparations and other debts and the establishment of good political ar- rangements with Hungary's neigh- Hungarian minister, ther members of the f delegation who have been | supplying the tinanck with inform pest today. Clore was indicted jointly with his stepson, Kaymond Taylor, on a charge of murder, the prosecu- tion alleging during the trial that the two had lured Boyer into the swamp and there kifled him. The cases were severed, however, when a physician's affidavit was introducd stating that Taylor was ill and unable to stand trial at this time.
