The objegct of the campaign, it is said, will be Passage of an amend- ment to the federal Constitution giv- ing full equality to women. Another subject for the council is the location of a third equal rights pageant, the first of which was given at Seneca Falls, N. Y., in July. Documentary evidence put before the judges at his trial, which was open and above board, showed that Butch- kavitch had conspired against Rus- sla in entering negotiations with the Polish government when Russia was being opposed by that government.
