Ritchie entertained at dinner Thursday evening at the executive mansion in honor of the members of the court of appeals of Maryland. Hoey enter- tained at a buffet supper before the dance in honor of the Superintendent of the Naval Academy and Mrs. Wilson. The midshipmen’s Easter hop, which is one of the largest balls of the year, was held last night in the Armory at the Naval Academy. Mrs. Henry B, Wilson, wife of the superintendent of the Naval Academy, was among those who assisted at the reception given in Washington on Tues- day afternoon by Mrs. Theodore Roose- veit, wife of the acting secretary of the Navy. Miss Lota Robinson of Washington was here for Easter as the guest of her Drother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Morton, at their home at Sev- ern-Side. Mrs. J. S.
