March mystery surrounding the disappear- ance of James Henry Wright, sixteen- |year-old =on of Mr. and Mrs. B. M. Wright of Brunswick, was solved when the body of the youth was {found wedged between two logs an- jchored on the shore of an island in | the Potomac river near Knoxville. The youth disappeared on Decem-: ber 12.” With two companions he rode {a “freight” to Harpers Ferry, where they went to a shoe shop. His tw companions returned by “freight” to their Brunswick homes, and it is said- that young Wright “jumped” the same train. Hé did not show up at Brunswick that evening, and a search of several weeks failed to throw an light on the whereabouts of the boy; The theory is advanced that Wright {Tode the same freight that his com-- panions took and fell into the Po- tomac river as the train passed over the bridge near Harpers Ferry. Flood waters, it is believed, carried the body to the edge of the island, where it caught in driftwood and wae dis- covered by two fishermen. \ e SAYS U. S. NEEDS ROME.
