+ HENRI PIAGGIO DIES: MISSISSIPPI CITY, Miss., December 21.—Henri Piaggio, a native of Italy, and one of the owners of the Inter- national Shipbuilding Company at Pascagoula during the war, is dcad'at his home here. Plaggio was well known all_over the country as a ship owner and ship operator, and at the time of his death was operating a line of steam- ers out of Gulfport.
