PARIS, October 20.—The Silesian |bouhdury, as decided by the councll of the league of nations, follows the River Oder from Oderburg as far as Nibotischau; then runs northeasterly in an irregular line as far as Hohen- linde; thence, running between Ross- burg and Birkenheim, it turns north- westward as far as Lissau. Northwest of the latter place it follows the old frontier of ‘the German empire to a | point where the latter reaches the frontier already established between Germany and Poland under article 87 of the treaty of Versailles. The German mark is designated as the monetary standard of the area for not more than fifteen years. Customs Provisfons. The customs frontier is to coincide with the potitical frontier, and & customs tariff is provided for, certain exceptions concerning raw materials or uniinished goods.
