My new fall shoes ave 33%4% cheaper than ayear ago, but quality has not declined a particle. My policy of stamping the retail price on the soles of my shoes at the factory, protects you against so called ‘mark down’ shoes which may mean nothing but cheap shoes made to sell cheap. By buying materials in large quantities for all my store shoes, and by my policy of selling many shoes at a small profit nlggr tZan a few shoes at a larger profit, I have always been able to keep «my prices below the market.
