We have been considerably interested in the proceedings of this organization, and especially in that Part of the proccedings embod ying the re- Port touching the subject of selling goods at Teduced or popular prices. This section of the report elicited a great deal of discussion nd induecd some of the delegates to make rather peculiar and illoyical remarks, when such remarks are judged by the laws of sup- Ply and domand.
