It seems that there has been a suit pending for gpme time past for possession of the house, and the force used yesterday created considerable ex- citement {n that neighborhood. About 4:30 o'clock yesterday morning Mr. Busbrod Sandford, a white man, 56 years old, living at 21S 133¢ street southwest, was taken suddenly ill, and Dr. C. V. Boarman was calied in. Sandiord told the doctor tha™ he had taken ison, and soon afterwards expired. Coroner ‘atleTson Was Notified, and with Drs. Hartigan and Bearman held an autopsy, finding that Geath was caused by polson, probably arsenic. There is no known cause for the act, and his family are in great distress. PROF.
