Devotional exercises were conducted by Rev. Elisha Weaver, of Philadelphia. After or- ganizing, the convention resolved into a com- “mittee of the whole, and an address was de- livered by CO. H. Stokes, of Tenn., and Col. RK. J Hinton, of Kansas, who would be present. The names ot Hon. Chas.
