A number of persons were {ujured fn the affair of the morning: Between twelve and one o'clock Sunday night, as Patrick Monahan and wife, accompanied by two friends, Patrick Dilion and Timothy Dillon, ‘were pessing the junction of the Bowery and Oliver street. on their way to Timothy's house, they were met by four ruwdies, who asked one of the Dillons what he was duing or where be was gre with (iat woman, (meaning Mrs. Mona- mm.)
