Casper delegates, who’ returned yesterday from the state convention of Powder River Legion No. 99, L. O. O, M., held at Laramie report a most successful convention, Sunday and Monday were taken up with business sessions and elec- tion of officers. Monday night after the business session a class of twen- ty candidates were initiated. The in- itlatery”° work was put on by Bill Shewmaker, grand frolic master, of Mooseheart, Jil. His work wag much appreciated by both the candidates and the Legionnaires, Tuesday night there. was a public installation of officers supervised by. Grand Regent J. W. Miller and his deputy, J. W. Fisher. After the business had all bene completed there was a free pub- nee. One of the most enjoyable Priairs of the whole convention was the banquet served by the Laramie ladies on Monday night. The following officers were install: ed for the ensuing term: Aaron Powell, G. N. M., Laramie. Allen. Summerscales, S. M., Rock Springs. Ole Olson, W. M., Rawlins. W. A. Raite, E, M., Hanna. J. W, Fisher, herder, Casper. Fred W. Dralle, treasurer, Casper. George P.
