Included in the bazaar will be a nationally adver- tised food booth and a white elephant booth, the latter to have on sale art- icles contributed and solicited from members of the church and friends. eee Northwestern Wom: Club “County Fair, Members of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Woman's club have planned an entertainment which will be in the form of a county fair to be given on the eve- ning of March 17, beginning at $ o'clock in the Union Labor temple, 340 North Wolcott street. Boyle will entertain at an informal lunckeon and bridge party on Wednesday at her home on Bast Tenth street. see Dancing Pupils Appear In Recital Saturday, The weekly class recital of dance was held at the studio of Miss Genevieve Fitzgerald, 1243 South Ash street, Saturday morning at 1 o'clock Solo and group work, rhythm, in- terpretation, pantomine, and the development of concentration were presented by Shirley Estes, Betty Wiederhold, Geraldine Airheart, Helen Reid, Billy Knight, Jane Thelma Bergman, Gene- vieve Miller, Helen Parks, Burna- dette Feldman, Helen Neitheimer, Liberty Cacheralis, Bernice Garrison, Margaret Johnson, Catherine Mc- Adame, Nona Claire Johnson, Mar+ jorie Newell, Alice Ormsby, Mary Crowther, Louise Reed, Lu Ada Murphy, Sarah Avery Tyler, Jean Crawford, Audrey Hanson, Margaret Sullivan, Rebecca Smith and Catherine Whitney. The aim of the work is to present that_ ty though e of dance which, dependent on fine control through technical forms, will truly give ex- pression to the rhythmic sense inate in the student. Shirley Estes, a student of Miss Claribel Butler of the expression de- partment, presented a number of readings. The work next week will comprise the study of the history and deyelop- ment of the dance. Various forms of the Spanish and Gipsy dances will be studied and presented. Members of a class of Miss Fitz- gerald will dance Friday evening at the America theater, at which time they will present an Irish jig and four hand Irish reel. Miss Fitz- gerald is an exponent of the old Irish folk dances, having studied them with John McNamara, who was brought to this country by the Gaellic society of Chicago, for the purpose of teaching the réal old Irish dances. The following pupils will dance: Betty Wiederhold, Helen Reid, Geraldine Airheart, Billy Knight, Burnadette Fehlman, Mary Loulse Reed, Jane Crowther and Alice Ormsby. . St. Mark's Guild Meeting Thursday. The regular weekly lenten meet- ing of St. Mark's guild will be held on Thursday at the Parish house, with the Mesdames William Kleber, J. W. Bingham, P. E. Gay, G. T. Morgan, E. J. O'Mara, Ella Urpman, J. B, Cleary, A. E. Kyte and Ken- neth McDonald acting as hostesses. A lunch will be served at 12 o'clock to which the public is invited to at- tend. A business meeting will be held at 2 o'clock. eee Maccabees Will Give Dance Tuesday Evening.
