Wills, Bill Creswell, Bill Kerig, and “Spark Plug” (Tribune), left Townsend Hotel, Casper, at 4:25, arrived Glenrock 4:54, Douglas 5:32, Wheatland 7:07 (5 minutes at Wheatland for gas), Cheyenne 8:55 (61 minutes at Cheyenne for din- ner), and Denver (Broadway and Larimer) at 12:06, mak- ing elapsed running time from CASPER TO DENVER _ 6 Hours 35 Minutes . | Last Sunday, the same car took on all comers on Mont- gomery Hill, making a standing start in high gear on the pavement at the foot of-the hill, and easily out-distanced the only two acceptors of our challenge.
