The owner of any such lots, tracts or parcels of land may re deem the same from all liabilities for the unpaid amount of said as- sessment at any time after said thirty days by payi the entire installment of said assessment un- paid and charged against any lot, tract or parcel of land at the time of such payment, with interest thereon at the date of maturity of the last installment falling due and the entire ten equal instal)- ments with interest upon the whole sum unpaid, at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable at the same time that the install- ments are payable.
