In this final appeal to the thinking people of Casper we submit the principles upon which ' we ask your support and vote next Tuesday. These are as follows: Te a 1. Application of strict business methods in the conduct of all departments of the. ‘City Government. , 2. Providing an adequate supply of the purest water obtainable. . 3. Sanitary means for the collection and disposal of garbage. _ ; 4. Reorganization of the Police Department and placing it under Civil Service.' 5. Adoption of a Two Platoon System for our Fire Laddies as soon as possible. | _6. A City Manager Form of Government as soon as the citizens desire it.
