In this final appeal to the thinking people of Casper we submit the principles upon which ' we ask your support and vote next Tuesday. These are as follows: Te a 1. Application of strict business methods in the conduct of all departments of the. ‘City Government. , 2. Providing an adequate supply of the purest water obtainable. . 3. Sanitary means for the collection and disposal of garbage. _ ; 4. Reorganization of the Police Department and placing it under Civil Service.' 5. Adoption of a Two Platoon System for our Fire Laddies as soon as possible. | _6. A City Manager Form of Government as soon as the citizens desire it. We owe no allegiance whatsoever to any party or power, and we have no pledges to friend or foe which would prevent the discharge of every duty without fear or favor from anyone.
