‘AGE Six. = | | Che Casper Sunday Borsine Cribune. ENGLEWOOD ————————— er The quick sale of every lot in Englewood No. 1 and 2 has been so phenomenal and the demand so great, that we have decided to place Engle- wood No. 3 on the market at once. Englewood No. 1 and 2 was the South half of Section 17, T. 34, R. 79. Englewood No. 3 will be the West half of Sec. 16, T. 34, R. 79, and will face west on the Salt Creek pavement for over one half mile 14 Five Acre Lots Each having a frontage on the Salt Creek pavement of 200 feet, and the price will be $750 a lot, $50 cash, and $25 a month. 16 Five Acre Lots Just off the pavement a few hundred feet, price $625 a lot, $25 cash and $15 a month. 18 Five Acre Lots The farthest one less than one half mile of pavement, price $500 a lot, $20 cash and $10 a month. While these prices are slightly higher than Englewood No. 1 and 2, we feel fully justified in asking a small increase. Why? , FIRST—Today every Lot in Englewood is sold, and six homes are either’ built or being built, and four more will be built in the next few weeks. The L. & N. Aeroplane Co. have purchased five and one half Lots and have built a big Hangar, and will make Englewood an Aeroplane Field, second to none in Wyo- ming. The owner of Lot 19 expects to build a store with a cafe and confection- | ery in the very near future. The owner of Lot No. 5 is contemplating a garage and repair shop and filling station soon. The owner of Lots 54, 55 and 56 will make a Park and Dancing Pavilion on the lots soon. SECOND—We have a world of good, pure soft water at 115 feet in the heart of Englewood No. 3, and will erect a windmill at once, so every Lot owner can have water until he cares to drill on his own lot. '202 O-S Bldg. JOHN M. ENGLAND CO. THIRD—The State Highway Department recently let a contract for near- ly $100,000 to widen the Salt Creek Highway to Englewood, and to lay an as- phalt top, which will make the best road in Wyoming, and a ten minute drive to the heart of Casper. FOURTH—Just south of Englewood lots are selling the size of city lots for nearly $500 an acre, and many houses are now being built. So weare still divid- ing the melon. We want and expect every Englewood Lot owner to make 100 per cent profit, and this can’t fail to happen when Casper has 50,000 population as it will have in 1925. Remember Englewood is only 414 miles north of Casper on the Salt Creek paved highway and that every acre is under the Casper- Alcova Irrigation Project. Come out today as we expect to-sell every Lot on the pavement before sundown. Phones 1129 ~ 543) SUNDAY, JULY 1, 1923.
