C. Rohrer gives a syndicate of Kansas Democrats a ten days’ option on the Abilene Daily Gazette. The price fixed upon the paper is $50,000. The incorporators of the new scheme comprise many influential , and wealthy democrats. They propose to make the Gazette the state orgau of the democracy, and establish at Abilene the largest and most expen- sive printing and publishing house in Kansas. The paper will be the only democratic morning daily in Kansas, and will be a strong adminis- tration organ.
