Announced ‘The first of the 1936 fall round- ‘ups of the American Legion Auxiliary fifth district will be held ut Napoleon at 2 p,m. Monday. The second meet- ing is echeduled at Wilton at 8 p. m., Tuesda; y. Mrs. H. W. Rosenthal, Bismarck, district committeewoman, will preside at the sessions. Distinguished guests and speakers will include the district American Legion deputy, H. A. Mc- Nutt of Napoleon; Mrs. J. D. Sten- Son of Minot, department president; Miss Mary ‘Houser of Bismarck, de- partment treasurer, and Mrs Spen- cer 8. Boise, Bismarck, a sub-chalr- man of the department radio com- mittee. Past department presidents within the fifth district are expected to-bring greetings. A report of the national conven- tion held recently in Cleveland, Ohio, will be given by. Mrs. G. R. Schwandt of Enderlin, past department presi- dent, who was a delegate trom the state organization. Local talent will furnish entertain- ment and the local units will be hostesses at the social hours. following the meetings.
