D, Wood of Driscoll, dis-; trict president, was a visitor and brought greetings when the Women’s Christian Temperance Union held its October meeting Tuesday with Mrs. H. FP. Tramp, 414 Seventh St. Mrs. Wood's daughter, Mrs. Schossow, also of Steele, was present and spoke on Loyal Temperance Legion work in her home community. Mrs. Wood reviewed in part the W. C. T, U. state convention at Grand Forks Sept. 17-20, which was re- ported on in more detail by Mrs. P. | O. Sathre, the local delegate. Mrs. Schossow exhibited the banner Mrs. H. P.
