a 5 ie ARMISTICE DANCE PLANS ARE GIVEN Mandan American Legion Post Will Be Host for Celebra. tion at Midway Club Airplanes Siying over Bismarck and Mandan Monday morning will ad- vertise the Armistice Day dance which Gilbert N. Furness Post. No. 40, American Legion, of Mandan will give ‘Monday night at the Midway club, formerly the Dome, as the climax for the celebration of the patriotic an- niversary. Roy F. Dow, department vice com- mander, will drop cards from the plane which is to be flown by John Oster~ house, manager of the Ben Eielson airport at Mandan. Persons picking up these cards and finding the word -Armistice misspelled will be given $1.50 in cash if they present them at the door during the dance. The time of the flight is being made to correspond to the time of the Arm- istice signing, so far as is convenient. ‘The flight over Bismarck is scheduled for 10 e’clock (CST) when the parade will be forming, and the plane will be seen over Mandan at 11 o'clock (MBT). Arnie Kuss and his orchestra, ap- pearing regularly at the Midway club, will play for dancing hcg starts at 9 o'clock (CST). Harry W. Rosen- a is handling the Bismarck ticket Bale.
