L. Young Delivers Interesting Talk on Foundation of Our Government Constitution day was celebrated in the public schools yesterday in a be- fitting manner. The most pretentious exercises were held at. the high school with C. L. Young as the principal speaker. In the junior high school Miss Hazel Nielson, sister of Miss Minnie J, Nielson, made an very interesting talk. Mr, Young, dwelt on the constitu- tion, its preamble, origin, development and its ammendments to meet current needs. ‘Of particular interest was his taking the preamble and explaining what each of its six points meant to zens of. the country.
