Sprague Saturday dis- posed of his residence property in Carson’s addition to Fred Coxon. The consideration was $1000. Mr. Sprague bought the first lots in the addition and built the first house on Irvine avenue and Fourth street. Theodore Tronson narrowly escaped being drowned yester- day afternoon while fishing in the bay on the west side of Lake Irvine in company with Bart Stafford.
