College women from every State took the first step to this ‘end yesterday when they met at Pollce ‘Headquarters here. Commissioner Enright, Special Dep- uty Harriss’ of the TrafMfc Division, Dr. Carleton Simon of the Narcotic Squad and others addressed the women, after which a tour of the Headquarters was made under the guidance of Mrs. Mary T. Hamil- ton of the Missing Persons Bureau, who presided at the meeting.
