RICHARD J. CULLEN HEADS NEW STATE Body Will Frame Standard Building Rules for Places of Assembly. ALBANY, Aug. 2%—Richard J. Cullen of the State Department of Labor is made Chairman of the Ad- Visory Committee of 24 on Place of Public Assembly created by the last Legislature within the State Depart- ment of Labor.
