Theodore Landers, twenty-four, of No. 206 Floyd Street, Brooklyn Pleaded guilty to a charge of dis orderly conduct when arraigned be- fore Magistrate Dodd in Gates Avenue Court this morning on the complaint of Miss Pearl Cohen of No. 172 Hart Street, Brooklyn, that ho had an- noyed her in the De Kalb Theatre, De Kalb Avenue and Broadway, yes- terday. Landers, according to Miss Cohen, fnsisted upon talking to her and told her he was a private detective em- Ployed to follow her. She complained to Sergt. John C. Hoar, who arrested Landers. The latter had a slip of paper in his pocket with Miss Cohen's ame and the words “missing person’’ on It. Employees of the theatre testified that he was a daily patron and three other young women testified that Landers had annoyed them. Mrs. Eva Landers, the prisoner's wife, asked that he be placed on pro- bation and forced to support her, saying he had not worked for a month.
