’ REILY’S REMOVAL AGAIN REQUESTED Porto Rico District Attorney, Dis- missed, Arrives to Press Request. Capt. Ramon Diaz Collazo, District ‘Attorney of Porto Rico, who was dis- wisued by Gov. B. Mont Reily after be had the Grand Jury bring & pre- sentment against the Chief Execu- tive, J. R. Hull, his private secretary and W. L. Kessinger, arrived here to- day on the steamship Porto Rico to take up the matter at Washington. Capt. Collazo, who is a leader in the Unionist, orf majority party in. the feland, is a brother-in-law of Felix Cordova Davila, the island's repre- sentative in Congress. He sald to- day that he expects to get his job back through mandamus proceedings after he makes the attempt at Wash- ington to show Gov. Reilly is unfit for Dis job. Several passengers aboard the Porto Rico took sides in the controversy. R. H. Todd, United States Commissioner of Immigration at San Juan, supported Relly. Antonio 8.
