ENVOY TO BERLIN Oscar Straus Tells Senator Harding Tt Would Help Overcome Anti- Semitic Feeling. MARION, Dec, 28.—Oscar Straus of New York conferred to-day with President-elect Harding on the hope of American Jewe that one of thoir faith will be appointed Ambhssador to Germany when diplomatic relations are resumed.
