A plan is under advisement to-day to have women flyers make airplane trips from large cities to distribute @ppeals for Liberty Loan subsorip- tions from the sky. Davison of J. P. Morgan & Co., recently appointed Chairman of the Red Cross War Council, in a statement given out just before he left for Washington.
