Supreme Court Justice John M. ‘Tierney was the guest of honor at the annual banquet of the Bar Asso- lation of the Bronx, held at Ebling’s Casino, the Bronx, last night. Three hundred guests, attorneys and Bronx business men, paid honor to the new Supreme Court Justice and welcomed his fellow Justices, John Proctor Clarke, Edward R. Finch, Leonard A. Giegerich, Arthur R. Tompkins and Justice-Appointed George V. Mullan Maurios 8. Cohen, newly elected president of the Bar Association, was toastmaster. In his address he urged that the Bronx demand of its national representatives that they help to put @ stop to the talk at Washington and take steps to put through some of the President's preparedness programme a@t once.
