TWO DEATHS ATTRIBUTED TO UNHEALTHY COURT Believed That Talesmen Died Be- _ cause of Bad Air in Part VI, General Sessions, | “The faulty plumbing in the rooms fdjoining Part VI, General Sessions, was the subject of heated comment by Jadge Malone and Assistant Dis- trict-Attorney Manley to-day. Yes- terday Judge Malone adjourned court because the smelis were so thick that tie windows all had to be opened and there was general danger of colds for lawyers and jurymen, At the opening: of court to-day Judge Malone announced that tales- men who felt thta their health was endangered by the court room con- ditions would be excused for the term.
