HUSSEY SUBPOENAS ALL THE POLICEMEN FROM TWO STATIONS, Captain Plans Fight to Keep Job—Trial Put Off Till To-Morrow. — Police Capt. James F. Hussey, who ‘Was convicted last year of conspiring! with Capts. Murtha, ‘Sweeney and ‘Thompson to keep George A. Bipp, a @raft witness, out of the State, and, whowe conviction alone out of the four was reversed by the Appellat Division of the Supreme Court, will! be put on trial before Deputy Police Commissioner Godley to-morrow.
