J., Sept. 16.—Jersey's old- eet resident and the oldest living col- lege graduate tn the United States, Will- iam Rankin, 1s celebrating his one hun- dred and first birthday quietly to-day at the home of his daughter, Mrs, Ellen R. Bliss, in the Valley View road.
