WASHINGTON, April 14.—There is much speculation among racing people as to what will come off in Prince George County, Maryland, now that racing bill has been signed by the Governor of that State. The bill was passed without any flourish of trum- ; pets and no one knew anything about # until the Governor had signed it and it became a law. There was no one at the track yesterday who knew who was behind the bill or the rea- eons why it was passed.
