_ hand and a razor in the other Extraordinary Difference 000 Ex-Congressman Left. NO WILL YET of Police Patrick Campbel!, Says a Will Was Found and that William H. Good Has it. the late Felix Campbell, of Brooklyn, ples ‘Trust Company, and millionaire seven times over. His brother, former bell ,says there Is a will that was read four days after the death of the milllon- aire, leaving the bulk of the estate to the widow and four daughters. William H. Good, a lawyer, and the husband of the youngest daughter of Felix Camp- bell, is sald by Patrick Campbell to have charge of the will. But Mr, Good says there is no will He says that a thorough search has been made of all Mr. Campbell's papers, both intis home and in his office, and that no trace of a will can be found. In case there is no will the property would be divided among the widow and the chil- dren in about the proportions that Pat- rick Campbell asserts his brother be- queathed it. Patrick Campbell did not hear the will read. But he says that he knows, of his own knowledge that it was read and that Mr. Good knows all about it, Not having heard the reading of the will Mr. Campbell could not name the ex- ecutors, Go to Mr. Good,” he sald, ‘the will tell you all about ¢t. But when Mr. Good was seen at his office in Temple Bar he said that no will had been found. Although many other questions were put to him he refused to disouss the matter further. None of the members of Mr. Fellx Campbell's family could be seen to-day at their home, in Pacific street. A servant paid that so far as she knew there had been no discussion about the will, Mr, Campbell died ten days ago very suddenly of pneumonia, following an at- tack of acute indigestion. Previous to being stricken with his last tliness he had, been in robust health, although he waa seventy years old. ‘ If he left no will tt Is thought that he had belleved himself in such good health that he could woll postpone writing out the document that should finally dispose of his property, Mr. Campbell was born In Brooklyn, He began life as a newsboy at the Ful- ton ferry, and worked his way Into the pipe and steamfitting business in which he anvassed a fortune. He served in the Forty-cighth, Forty-ninth and Fiftteth Congresses and was prominent in the directorate of many of the big finan- vial concerns of Brooklyn, His great fortune, whioh Is estimated at $7,000,000, 1s well invested in real estate and se- curities, DEFIED ARREST WITH PISTOL AND RAZOR talian, Heavily Armed, Ran Through Streets Threatening Harm to Any Who Came Near Magistrate Brann, in Essex Market) Court this morning, described Michae} Rosso, of No. R 122 Mulberry street, as| & walking arsenal, and then fined him 0.
