When Officers Took Wiiliam Lohmer Into Custody His Companions Fled—Said to Be an Ex-Convict, Central Office Detectives Burke and O'Connor arraigned a tall, well-dressed man who gave his name as William Lohmer and address as Mills Hotel No. 2 before Magistrate Deuel in the Essex Market Court to-day. The detectives arrested him in the bellef that he is one of the gang of robbers who have recently been hold- ing up and robbing persons in City Hail Park. Lohmer was*with two other men in Clty Hall Park last night when he was arrested.
