Cum- mings, an Inspector of tho Manhattan Elevated Ratlway Company, Charles M. Stephens, a ticket seller, was charged with grand larceny in the Yorkville Court to-day, Stephens was held for the Grand Jury in $1,000 bail by Magistrate Brann. Stephens, who lives at No, 142 Bast Sixteenth street, has been in the employ sold tickets at the south-bound station at Fifty-ninth street and Third avenue. He went on duty at 7 o'clock last night and the day ticket seller turned over to him a bag of money, the day's re- cefpts, amounting to $124.20. Bteophens 64ve him a@ receipt for the money.
