SEATTLE, WN. AAUUPUANONOUUUANUUOUGUSUEOUOOGGGEUANEEUASAEUTA TTT Two Blocks From Postoffice W°§ beg to announce the arrival of the new 1910 Franklin Demonstrator car at the Seattle Automobile Co., 1422 Broadway. In presenting the new Franklin, we take pleasure in calling special attention to the 1910 features, namely: No Fan The front fan which is to be found on most automo- biles is eliminated from the 1910 Franklin, another feature made possible by the innovation in the cooling system. Thus an unnecessary part of the engine has been done away with and two other parts have been combined in such a way as to perform a double func- tion. The chang@of construction is directly along the line of abolition of unnecessary moving parts. New Air Jacket The new cooling process on the 1910 Franklin com- prises the new “air jacket” and fly wheel suction fan, which causes aft ample circulation of cooling air around the cylinders. This cooling method has prov- en to be the means of solving most satisfactorily the problem of air cooling. We extend a cordial invitation to the general public ‘all and see the new Franklin. thusiasts to Larger Tires It takes power ($) to move weight. The heavier the car, the more it costs. The heavier the car, the more wear and tear on tires. The 1910 Franklin has larger tires in proportion to its weight than any car on the market today. For instance, the model D touring car, weighing 2,200 pounds, has 36x4"-inch tires on the rear and 36x4 tires on the front, the same size as most cars exceeding the Franklin 1910 by 1,000 pounds or more. Light Weight The Franklin, with its light-weight construction, wood sills and full elliptic-spring suspension, is the easiest riding of all automobiles. A broad assertion, yet true. Automobile comfort is the most essential requisite sought by the purchaser, and automobile en- If you are interested in the pur- chase of a machine, we will be pleased to demonstrate the 1910 Franklin— any distance; anywhere.
