Swift, the millionaire packer, was dmitted to probate today in this ecity. Beyond a bequest of $5000 to a church at Sagamore, Mass., there were no pub- lic gifts. Except for this donation and small annuities for two long-time em- ployes of Swift, the estate, estimated at about $10,000,000, is left in trust for the benefit of the family of the testator. The will names James F. Lockwood of Hyde Park and Freedom Hutchinson of Newton, Mass., as executors. These two men also are named as trustees, | together with Clarence Moore, son-in-: law of the testator: Frank W. Crock- er, Swift's private secretary, and Gus- tavus F.
